Four treatment rooms, a wood-fired sauna on the rocks and a pool under the pines, for guests of the estate only.
Our approach
Nothing here is complicated. Warm stone, cold sea, oils from plants we grow and hands that know what they are doing.
Every treatment begins with a conversation and a cup of something from the garden. Most end with a nap.
We use basalt from the beach, clay from the cliff and oils pressed from the estate's rosemary, lavender and immortelle.
Breathe deeply
The indoor pool is twenty-five metres long and lit by the pines. Early mornings, it's usually yours.

The sauna
Wood-fired,

Heated with fallen pine, a step from the cove. Ten minutes in, a plunge, ten in the sun. Repeat.

A hammam of local limestone, a salt room and a rest room with a view of nothing but trees.
